Once you have decided to join us on a bicycle tour, registration is simple. Complete our online registration form and as soon as we have received your registration you will be sent an email detailing your options for payment. Your reservation on this tour will be confirmed by email, once your deposit of €500 has been received. Payment in full is due 90 days prior to the bicycle tour start date.

Your payment options include PayPal, cheque, or wire transfers to either our Belgian or American accounts. Payment may be made in Euros or equivalent U.S Dollars (please inquire for rate in USD). By completing the registration form, and paying the tour deposit, it is your acknowledgement that you have read and accepted the Reservation Conditions.
