Reservation Conditions for our Bicycle Tours

Deposit:
Your reservation will be confirmed by email, once the deposit of €450 is received.

Full Payment:
Payment is due in full 90 days prior to the bicycle tour start date. All reservations made within 90 days, will be confirmed by email once full payment is received. If full payment is not received 90 days prior to tour start date, we reserve the right to consider this as a cancellation, and may fill your space in the tour.

Cost of Tour:
The cost for each tour can be found on the specific page for each bicycle tour, and is priced per person. Each fare is based on double occupancy, but a single supplementation fee is also listed. The price of each tour does not include airfare, or the cost of transportation to reach the designated arrival and departure points (in most cases the local airport and/or train stations). The number of meals included in the price of each tour will also be found of the tour pages (if not yet listed please email us at chainringtours@gmail.com to request more information).

Cancellations:
If you must cancel your reservation the following deductions will apply, no exceptions.

	Up to 90 days prior to start date	refund of deposit minus processing fee of €150
	60 to 89 days prior to start date	refund 50% of trip cost *
	31 to 59 days prior to start date	refund 25% of trip cost *
	0 to 30 days prior to start date	no refund *

Up to 60 days prior to start date funds may be transferred to another available tour** valid for 375 days following tour start date. Credited funds are non refundable, and not subject to further extensions.

* If Chainring Tours is able to fill your spot, a full refund minus cancellation fee of €150 (from 31 to 90 days prior to start date), or the deposit of €450 (0 to 30 days prior to start date) will be given.
** In the event that there are no tours made available within the 375 days following tour start date. You will be refunded the amount quoted at your time of cancellation.

Chainring Tours may cancel any tour up to 30 days prior to a bicycle tour start date. In this event you will be notified as soon as possible, and will be refunded 100% of the full bicycle tour payment.

Bicycle Tour Alterations:
Chainring Tours reserves the right at anytime to make alternate arrangements for tour accommodation or scheduling based on circumstances beyond our control. In the event of such circumstances, participants will be informed as soon as possible.

Participation:
Chainring Tours reserves the right to accept or decline participation of any bicycle tour member based on disruptive conduct that hinders the enjoyment of other tour participants. Chainring Tours is not responsible for extra expenses incurred to a participant, as a result.

Travel Insurance:
Chainring Tours requires that all participants hold sufficient travel insurance covering accident, personal injury, loss or damage to property, and cancellation. We also strongly suggest that participants insure against medical, and any other occurrences associated with cycling.

Liability:
It is understood that cycling can be an inherently dangerous activity. Chainring Tours, The Chain Stay, Chainring Enterprises BVBA and it's affiliates can not be held liable for bodily injury, illness, death, property damage or other loss as a result of physical exertion, accident, cancellation, delays, or any other matter outside of our control. We strongly suggest that all participants sufficiently insure against all such possibilities. Prior to trip departure all participants will be sent a full Waiver and Release, which you are required to submit to Chainring Tours before taking part in any tour activity.
